Fantastic service from start to finish with polite, respectful people Very helpful, honest and transparent. Plenty of photos of the vehicle with a high quality camera. Additional test drive allowed without question. Thorough explanations of each step through the whole process. Includes 6 months warrenty at no extra cost to myself. Even fuel left in the tank.

Went down to look at a car advertised. Was greeted by Dee who was an absolutely lovely and friendly man. Talked to me about the car and helped me with any questions. Dee was super helpful all the way through the purchase. Wasn’t pushy or demanding but just very very genuine and helpful throughout. Said I had a concern about the car and he took it to the garage to be looked at the same day. He even went above and beyond and picked me up to take me to the car upon purchase. Absolutely lovely customer service and I highly recommend!

The best car buying experience I've had. Dee was brilliant, very laid back and because he was so upfront and honest about the car, I barely had any questions to ask. First contacted Dee on Saturday, the car was going into the garage on Monday to have it serviced and checked over ready for sale. He kept me updated all the way and by Thursday I was driving the car home. I would honestly recommend these guys to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Had an easy and relaxed experience trading in my car for a new one. Dee and Chris were both very friendly and professional with the process. Would recommend. They drove down the new vehicle to my residence so I didn't have to come up and change over at Bristol saving me a few hours and a large drive at no extra cost. I had a small issue after receiving the new vehicle and they paid in full for the small repair within hours of the works being done.

I was worried about using a new dealership so I called to ask some questions about a car and there was no pressure just happy to answer, I was talking to a few different places but Auto Simplicity were just so helpful and much better value, they took all the stress out of car buying!!
